Great School to Re-Enter the Design Field Again

Feb 27, 2012 by Paul

After being out of the Design field since 2009, I was looking for a private school that I coulld use my 3 year TAA funds for re-training, and getting prepared to re-enter the Design job market.
Class A Surfacing Academy did just that, while I was still in school, the Director of Class A Surfacing Academy, LLC set me up for a Catia V5 paid Internship. I was accepted into the program by a Michigan OEM, I work 40 plus hours per week, with the possibility of being hired permanently when my training is complete.
I was a Cv5 Designer for a tier one automotive supplier, and I got layed off in 2009 like so many others here in Michigan.
Here at Class A Surfacing Academy, they know the importance of being trained on the most sought after Cad systems, so I am being re-trained in Advanced Catia V5 Methodologies, and crossed trained into the full spectrum of NX 7.5, including Class A Freeform.
The instructors here are great, they take the time to make sure everyone understands fully, and you never have to worry about asking too many questions.
I would recommend Class A Surfacing Academy for anyone that is seriously interested in the best training around.

Great School for Using TAA Funds!

Feb 24, 2012 by Daniel H.

A comfortable classroom and competent instructors with not only knowledge of the software but experience in the industry have made Class A Surfacing Academy a great choice for utilizing my TAA benefits. I look forward to being back to work after refreshing and enhancing my skill set.

Thank you!

Best School for Catia and NX Training in Michigan!

Feb 24, 2012 by Robert S.

After being separated from the auto industry for better than two years I found Class A Surfacing Academy. This school will help me to reenter the CAD/CAM job market. Class A Surfacing Academy is the best place for me to use my TAA/TRA benefit because the school meets my needs exactly. My experience included Unigraphics NX but I was missing certain skill-sets and I need to learn the NX applications I am weak on or have never used before. Learning Sketcher and Assemblies in particular has taught me to work to generally accepted industry standards. The instructors are very competent and teach in a manner that mix lecture and lab work effectively. This NX training starts with the basics and moves to advanced modeling concepts resulting in a well rounded NX user.
